driver, and winmm's interface for DirectSound to access it. It requires the ability to mmap /dev/dsp, to trigger playback, and sample-accurate position readouts. (If the soundcard's device driver does not report these capabilities, wineoss will report the HAL as unavailable and force DirectSound to use its HEL instead.)

10ms latency (not noticeable), and about 300ms of prebuffering. Fixed a few bugs. Added a Wine-only WINMM flag for waveOutOpen for DirectSound to use (so drivers like wineoss have some way of knowing what to prepare itself for).

Renamed it 'winebuild' to avoid possible conflicts. Cleaned up command-line parsing. Make it understand -fPIC instead of -pic. Merged call16.s and call32.s generated files.

- Minor bug fixes and additions.
